Purchase
How do I make a purchase?
Shopping at SOLAVIRA is easy. You can shop by browsing the 'Shop' section or directly search by product category. Once you have found an item, select your quantity and use the 'Add to bag' button underneath. Review the items in your shopping bag by selecting the 'Shopping bag' icon at the top of the page. You can add or delete products from your shopping
bag. Click on 'Proceed to checkout' to complete your order.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
All items are in stock unless 'Sold out' is displayed directly over the
image on the 'Shop' page. Please be aware that even if an item is in
your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. If you are subscribed to our newsletters, you will be informed when the items is back in stock.
Payment
How will I know you received my order & when will payment be deducted?
After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received. In the rare instance that any of the items you have ordered are not available, you will receive an email from us and will only charge your credit card for the value of the items in stock.
What payment methods does SOLAVIRA accept?
Credit Card
Payment for online orders may be made using Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electrón, American Express, Diners and Red 6000 cards.
Paypal
PayPal
is an online payment service that allows to send money online with an
email address. Once you sign up for an account, you can use PayPal to
send money from a credit card or your bank account. All your financial
information is securely stored and encrypted on the Paypal servers.
Is it safe to use my credit card online at SOLAVIRA?
At SOLAVIRA, your personal online security is important to us. To secure
your payment we work with Banco Sabadell. Their integral SEP gateway
(Secure Electronic Purchase), which operates under international
protocols Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode, offers highest level security and payment protection. As your orders are processed directly through their secure checkout system, your card number will never be communicated to us, making your payment 100% secure.
Taxes
How much taxes and shipping costs will I have to pay?
By default, product prices are displayed including VAT. Please note that depending on the country you are shipping to, extra import duties, customs and local sales taxes may apply. These supplementary costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Orders
Can I add items to an existing order?
It is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order.
How soon can I get my order and much will it cost?

Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of
your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by
signing in.
Trouble placing an order?
We are so sorry to hear you’re not able to get an order placed on our
website, but we'd love to assist you. We recommend refreshing your web
browser and clearing your cache and cookies. This may solve issues such
as a unblocking the address field, populating a shipping quote,
proceeding to the next section at checkout, or adding your credit card
information.
If you’re unsure if your order was processed, we recommend checking your email for an order confirmation before placing a new order on our website. In case you haven't received a confirmation email, please check your spam folder.

Shipping
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
We are unable to redirect orders to a different address after dispatch.
Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the
specified delivery times.
Is my package insured?
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in
transit from SOLAVIRA to the shipping address. Once your items have been
delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no
longer covered by insurance. If your box is damaged upon arrival, we
recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when
signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Unused and unopened products may be returned within 15 days of
receipt for a full refund less the original shipping cost. Customers are
responsible for any return shipping costs. Used, opened, and/or final
sale items cannot be returned.
Once we receive the returned
item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding
non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note refunds may take 2-3 weeks to process and show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
How to return an item?
1. Make sure that your order qualifies and inform us at
service@solavira.com. Unused and unopened products may be returned within 15
days of receipt.

Any
order returned to the wrong address (i.e. the address not provided on
the return form) will incur a rerouting fee subtracted from the refund.
3. Await credit
Once
we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of
payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible.
Please note refunds may take up to ten business days to show on your
account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If
for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within that time
frame, please feel free to contact service@solavira.com.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Privacy
Is my personal information kept private?
Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential and at no point will we rent or sell this.
To register at SOLAVIRA, we will need to know your name, mailing address
and email address. When processing your order online we require your
billing address, shipping address and telephone number. Please note that
your credit card details are not being stored on our servers, making
your payment 100% secure.

newsletter. If you would prefer not to receive these updates, you can
